A graduate in Business Administration from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo (FGV/SP), he also completed a Global Business Management module at the University of Texas. He has served on the people management and remuneration advisory committees of the companies TOTVS, Grupo Positivo, Log-In Logística, Poit Energia and Agrifirma. He is a mentor at the Endeavor Brazil Entrepreneurship Institute. Mr. Saliby is also an associate of WorldatWork, the world leader in the development and diffusion of knowledge on careers, compensation and performance.

A graduate in Business Administration from the Rio de Janeiro State University, with post graduation in Finance from PUC/Rio de Janeiro and an MBA in Retail from FIA/SP. His professional experience was acquired as an executive at companies such as Shell, Fininvest, Metro/Rio de Janeiro, Unibanco and Blockbuster, where he exercised management, director and superintendent roles in the Human Resources and Commercial Operations areas. He is a lecturer on FIA MBA courses in the Human Resources Management, Business Management and Retail areas.

A graduate in Business Administration from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, she initiated her career at SG Comp Partners. She has participated in numerous projects involving job and career analysis, salary surveys and structures, design and implementation of bonus, profit sharing and long-term incentive plans. She furthered her experience in Human Resources consulting working with the Korn Ferry Hay Group on compensation market practice analysis projects.

He has over 20 years experience in Brazilian and multinational companies playing leadership roles, such as Senior HR Manager in Globo, in addition to working at Brookfield, TIM and Oi, with a focus on Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Investor Relations.
LUCAS URBANO

A graduate in Economics from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar), Lucas Urbano has an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in São Paulo. With approximately 10 years experience in the remuneration area, he has worked as a specialist and coordinator in the companies Logicalis and TOTVS, in the technology sector. He has developed projects in variable sales remuneration, short and long-term incentives, as well as in job evaluation and pay structure, utilizing different methodologies.

He has approximately 4 years experience in the remuneration area in a publicly traded Brazilian bank and in other financial companies of the same group. Rafael was worked in the areas of people analytics, fixed remuneration, short-term incentives (profit share), personnel budget, sales variable remuneration and performance.
